There's an animated discussion going on right now on the TL List. Readers are "re-designing" the format of the new books......requesting pages placed in 3-ring binders so behaviors could be rearranged and moved. Versatility!
I'm sure every Freedom Dog trainer of Steps to Service is smiling. After carrying around our 350 page 3-ring binder versions of Steps to Service manuals for 3 years. After rearranging Behaviors into Levels and back again. And after finally, one by one, taking our dog eared pages to Kinko's to have them bound with coil, we revel in our smaller, hand held, two volume books!
Of course, not one of us has been able to resist tabbing, color coordinating, paper-clipping and otherwise marking out places - making each book our own.
Thanks to a gift from Jan, several of us even have book-sized bags in which to carry:
